Questions before you begin?
What is the Body Wedge?
A shaped foam tool designed for abdominal self-massage. It is used with positioning, body weight, breathing, and controlled movements demonstrated in the instructions.
How do I choose my size?
Use torso length and our Size & Firmness Guide as your starting point. The ranges overlap, so contact us if you fall between sizes or need help choosing.
Does black foam always mean extra firm?
No. The Small/Medium and Medium/Large extra-firm versions use black foam with colored labels. The larger Body Wedge² also uses black foam, so check the size and firmness listed on the product page.
Where do I learn how to use it?
Start with the demonstration and read the full instruction manual. Follow the placement and movement sequence before adding it to your routine. Go to the how-to guide →
Who should check before using it?
The existing manufacturer warning says not to use Body Wedge during pregnancy or after surgery in the abdominal area. If you have a hernia, another medical condition, or are unsure whether abdominal pressure is suitable for you, speak with a qualified clinician before use. Stop if you feel pain; do not push through it.
Orders & delivery
Can I mix sizes and firmness options?
Yes. Add each available choice to your cart individually. Buying two or more eligible individual Body Wedges takes $5 off the combined total, once per order. The discount is automatic and cannot be combined with other discounts.
How do I order three or more?
Request a quote before ordering. Send the quantity, sizes, firmness choices and delivery ZIP code. We will confirm product pricing and shipping for your order, then send an invoice for payment.
How is shipping priced?
Domestic delivery rates are $8 for one Wedge and $10 for two Wedges. Orders of three or more require a shipping quote based on the order and destination.
Can I return a Wedge if I change my mind?
Yes, if the Wedge is unused and you request the return within 14 days after delivery. Customers pay return shipping for unused-product returns. Contact us with your order number before sending it back. Damaged, defective or incorrect orders are handled separately. Read the return policy, or contact us about an existing order. Include your order number.
